DreamiiDolls is a family-operated Ragdoll cattery based in Barrie, Ontario, Canada, operated by DreamiiDolls Inc., an Ontario-incorporated company.

This page provides general information about our website, adoption process, and policies. Specific terms and conditions for each kitten are outlined in the individual Kitten Purchase Agreement provided to adopting families.

1. Adoption Eligibility & Applications

Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

All adoption applications are reviewed individually to help ensure that our kittens are placed in suitable, loving homes.

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or reserve a kitten. DreamiiDolls reserves the right to decline an application when we believe a placement may not be appropriate.

2. Reservations & Payments

A reservation deposit is required to secure a kitten. Kittens are not held without a confirmed deposit.

Reservation deposits are generally non-refundable and non-transferable if an adopting family decides not to proceed, except as otherwise specified in the applicable purchase agreement or required by law.

Payment schedules, cancellation conditions, and other financial arrangements are outlined in the individual Kitten Purchase Agreement.

3. Adoption, Returns & Rehoming

Adopting a kitten is a long-term commitment. We encourage every family to carefully consider the responsibilities of cat ownership before making a reservation.

Once a kitten has joined its new family, change-of-mind returns are not eligible for a refund under our standard adoption policy, subject to applicable law and contractual exceptions.

If an adopting family can no longer care for their cat at any point in its life, we ask that they contact DreamiiDolls before making any rehoming arrangements.

We are committed to helping ensure that cats raised by DreamiiDolls are responsibly cared for throughout their lives. Return and rehoming arrangements are subject to the applicable purchase agreement.

4. Health & Veterinary Care

The health and well-being of our kittens are central to our breeding philosophy.

DreamiiDolls provides a five-year genetic health guarantee for qualifying conditions, subject to the requirements and limitations described in the signed Kitten Purchase Agreement.

Specific coverage, exclusions, documentation requirements, and available remedies are governed by the applicable agreement and law.

5. Website Content & Intellectual Property

The information provided on www.dreamiidolls.ca is intended for general informational purposes.

Photographs, written content and other original materials displayed on our website are owned by DreamiiDolls or used with appropriate permission. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is not permitted.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and current information. Kitten availability, descriptions, and other website content may be updated as circumstances change.

6. Privacy & Applicable Law

Personal information submitted through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

These website terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any consumer rights or legal protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where a signed Kitten Purchase Agreement applies, its specific terms govern the adoption relationship, subject to applicable law.
