Ragdoll Kittens for Families Across Alberta
DreamiiDolls is a TICA, CFA and CCA-AFC registered Ragdoll cattery located in Barrie, Ontario, welcoming families from across Alberta, including Calgary, Edmonton and surrounding communities. Although our cattery is based in Ontario, Alberta families can welcome a DreamiiDolls Ragdoll kitten through carefully planned travel and pickup arrangements.
How Can Alberta Families Receive Their Ragdoll Kitten?
Our preferred option for Alberta families is to travel to Ontario and personally pick up their kitten. We can arrange to meet you at the airport and hand your kitten directly to you, so you can meet us in person and travel home together with your kitten.
For families who are unable to travel to Ontario, we can also assist with arranging an available flight nanny to accompany the kitten to Alberta. Flight nanny arrangements require advance planning and are subject to availability, with all associated travel costs paid by the buyer.
Feeding Your Kitten After Air Travel
Travelling home to Alberta will typically be a kitten’s first experience on an airplane. Because air travel and transitioning into a new home can cause temporary stress or anxiety, we recommend keeping your kitten’s diet simple during the initial transition and avoiding unnecessary changes or too much food variety.
Detailed feeding guidance for the first days and weeks after arrival, including recommendations for helping your kitten settle in after air travel, will be provided to new families through the DreamiiDolls Family Hub.
Payment & Flight Nanny Arrangements for Alberta Families
Alberta families travelling to Ontario to personally pick up their kitten may pay the remaining balance by Interac e-Transfer at least 48 hours before pickup, or by cash when meeting us and receiving their kitten in person.
When a flight nanny is arranged, the kitten’s remaining balance and all flight nanny costs must be paid at least 48 hours before departure. Flight nanny fees vary depending on airfare, travel dates, availability and other travel-related factors, with the final cost confirmed once arrangements are made.
Once the flight nanny and travel date have been confirmed, the arrangement is generally considered final. If a change is requested afterward, any additional airfare, rebooking or other travel-related costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid before the kitten’s scheduled departure.
